If the part has not been designed yet, Starry can develop the custom component, CAD model and manufacturing drawing before coordinating production.
Part recreation support
When drawings are missing or incomplete, engineering can be used to reconstruct geometry and define a manufacturable replacement based on available information.

Can you help if no drawing exists?
Yes. Start with photos, measurements, a physical sample or existing part information. Engineering can help define the geometry and documentation needed for a manufacturable replacement.
What should I send for review?
Send any available drawing or CAD file, photos from multiple angles, key dimensions and tolerances, material or performance requirements, quantity, and timing or repeat-supply needs.
Which manufacturing processes are available?
Capabilities include CNC milling and turning, sheet metal cutting and forming, plastic and metal additive manufacturing, injection molding, mechanical design, CAD, drawings and GD&T.
Can an established part be reordered?
Yes. Once the part definition and manufacturing path are established, Starry can support future quantities through a repeat-supply relationship.
